@kebitokyoが2019年11月10日付け朝日小学生新聞 @asasho の「みんなで防ごう児童虐待」の記事のイラストで、虐待をする人が茶色に塗られていることに不快感を抱き問題視。直接編集に意見を送ったが紋切り型の返事のみが返ってきた。紙面で経緯説明、訂正謝罪すべきでは？
2019年11月13日午前7時59分に彼のフェイスブックへの書き込みでこのニュースを知って驚いた。
ケビンさんはこう書いた。
朝日小学生新聞・朝日中高生新聞、なんで「暴力をかける」人や、「ひどい言葉をかける」人の肌を茶色くするんですか？普段は安心して子供に見せられる新聞ですが...
This was the front page of Asahi Shimbun's daily newspaper for elementary school students from this past Sunday. The article is urging children to talk to an adult if they are being abused or bullied. Notice anything about the people doing the bullying in this illustration? The Asahi is Japan's most progressive major daily, and I expect much better of them.
(I've edited the post to reflect that the article is about children being abused by adults, not other children.)

やはり、どうしてこのようなイラストになってしまったのか、どこもチェック機能はなかったのか、その経緯の説明と謝罪が必要ではないだろうか。
